This Privacy Policy describes how Procuman.ai ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the AI RFQ service ("the Service").

RFQ data: titles, descriptions, line items, attachments
Bid data: prices, lead times, attachments, notes
Usage data: pages visited, features used (to improve the Service)
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type

To operate the Service (route RFQs to suppliers, deliver bids to buyers, etc.)
To send you transactional emails (RFQ notifications, bid alerts, account-related messages)
To improve the Service (anonymized analytics, AI model performance tuning)
To comply with legal obligations

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:

The other party to your RFQ (e.g. your RFQ content is shared with the suppliers you invite; their bids are shared with you)
Service providers (hosting, email delivery, AI model providers) under contract

5. Data location

Data is stored in secure data centers in the European Union. AI model providers may process data outside the EU under GDPR-compliant agreements.

We use only essential session cookies (for authentication) and anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.
